Shipping your package

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. When you place an order on the website, once you have entered your delivery address, you will have a choice of several shipping providers, such as Mondial Relay, Chronopost, UPS, DHL, or Fedex, for example. Before you proceed to the payment, and once you have entered your delivery address, you will know the shipping cost, depending on the different shipping companies.

By the way, if you enter a delivery address outside the EEC (Schengen area), such as Norway, Switerland, UK, the United States, etc... then the VAT is deducted from the total cost of your order. But you might have to pay vat and/or custom duties upon delivery. Once you have chosen the shipping provider, you will receive a tracking number by email and usually by text message. It is therefore important that you enter your address, email address, and cell phone number correctly.

The delivery time depends on the carrier you choose:
- Approximately 4 days for Mondial Relay in France and approximately one week up to 10 days for the rest of Europe.
- Approximately 1 to 2 days with Chronopost in France and approximately 3 to 4 days for Europe
- UPS and Fedex can deliver the next day in Europe, depending on the delivery time and rate chosen.
- We recommend UPS or Fedex for the United States or Canada; shipping may take a few days to 10 days depending on customs clearance

The boxes are appropriately sized, and your items are properly protected. We strive to use recycled cardboard boxes whenever possible. To date, we have reused several thousand first-aid kit boxes to ship spare parts.

We can ship anywhere in the world. However, it can be very difficult to deliver parcels to certain countries in South America (Brazil in particular) or some remote islands. Please contact us before placing your order. The boxes are the appropriate size and your items are properly protected.

VAT

VAT is automatically calculated and added to your order total if you are shipping to mainland France or one of the EEC countries. If you have your order delivered outside the Schengen area (outside the EEC), VAT is automatically deducted from the total amount of the order. This is the case if you have your order delivered to the French overseas departments and territories (Martinique, Guadeloupe, Tahiti, etc.) or to a country outside the EEC such as Switzerland, Canada, Norway, or the United States.

Customs duties

Customs duties may apply if you have your order delivered outside the EEC (Schengen area). You may be asked to pay these duties upon delivery.
