Assembly is quick and easy. If you receive an AKA 3 already pre-assembled (chicken loop + plastic parts), installation takes less than two minutes.

Usage tips and maintenance
Before each session, check that the quick release is working properly.
According to the Afnor standard, the quick release should ideally be replaced every 2 years (all brands combined). If you don’t want to replace it that often, at minimum replace the chicken loop rope every two years, or more regularly if you ride often.
Rinse your quick release and your bar thoroughly with fresh water after every session. Patented system in Europe, with international patents pending.
