This is the "bottom" part of the split point of the kite control bar.
If you don't want a split point and want to remove it, so that you can fly the kite with 4 direct lines just above the pulley, this is possible! The universal bars are easy to (re)configure and customize. However, if you are not an expert, don't do it. Ask a pro to help you do it.
